Forewarned Biography:
Kenny is probably the most versatile and talented musician going today. Just Google his name and you'll see that he has worked with a literal A-Z of musicians across the country. Some of them include Rick James, Mary J. Blige, Eddie Murphy, Boyz 2 Men, Joe Public, Goo Goo Dolls, Snoop Dog, James Ingram, Stephanie Mills, Mickey Howard, Stacy Lattisaw, and much, much more. Not only does Kenny lend his versatile song playing and writing skills to artists, he has played on numerous motion picture soundtracks scores, including Beverly Hills Cop 1 & 2, Lean On Me, Money Talks, Colors, Double Impact, Walk Like A Man, Glitter, and more. He even wrote and scored the soundtrack for Crime Story. Kenny has received many platinum and gold albums through the national artists he's worked with, but he is still open and receptive enough to work with up and coming artists on a regular basis. Kenny has even written some music for the newly released Guitar Hero's : NFL Highlights, NASCAR, and X-Box video game. So with all of these accomplishments, what brings Kenny to Forewarned?
"I love the music that Steve writes." quoted Kenny. "It's the kind of rock that we grew up listening to, and it's really fun to play." For Forewarned, it gives Kenny a chance to show off his rock guitar ability that doesn't get utilized in a lot of other musical styles. Kenny brings with him an enthusiasm and energy like no other!
Heading up the band is it's founder and lead singer, Steve Supparits. Most musicians know Steve through his early years of entertaining shows with rock bands Relenting Faith and RockStar. With a great vocal range that he’s not afraid to use, Steve has developed a stage presence and energy in front of an audience that many musicians lack. When Steve’s band opened for national recording artist Rick Derringer, "Mr. Derringer pulled me aside and said that we were the best opener he had ever seen." quoted Steve. "He even asked us to go back on and close the show after he finished his set! The promoter told me that Rick had never done that before." Steve is also an accomplished Audio Engineer who has worked with Indigo Productions, and done several world tours with national artists. Steve also owns the recording studio Resurrection Studios, where he engineers both local CD's and national recordings. Steve is the producer and songwriter of Forewarned's new 2 disc set " The Resurrection of Rock and Roll".
Keyboards: Lynn Carol Schriver. Lynn is from Western New York's first family of country music, the Ramblin' Lou Family Band. Lynn has performed all over the country, including being a member and regular entertainer at the WWVA Jamboree in Wheeling, West Virginia, and at Jamboree In The Hills. Steve wooed Lynn for years while doing the sound for her father’s country band. "Lynn is just as much of a natural on the synthesizer as she is with the piano", said Steve. "It's like Dennis DeYoung's hands are playing, while there's a beautiful woman singing at the same time! Lynn is one of the rare musicians who knows how to crawl inside a song, and bring it to life on stage."
On Bass guitar is Andrew Noto, a melodic bass player who is inspired by Greg Lake and Chris Squire. Andrew is the son of legendary trumpet player Sam Noto. "Luckily for us, talent runs in the family!" said Steve. "Andrew is the progressive center of our music."
Drummer Jesse Miller not only brings youth and excitement to the lineup, but he adds an incredible amount of energy, and amazing rock-solid ability. As you preview our music, you will instantly hear the impact Jesse brings to the group. "Jesse is the most versatile drummer I’ve ever worked with" said Steve. "Whether we have Jesse lead a track Live in the studio, or play to an established click, his ability to define a song is incredible!" Jesse has worked on several other projects, including touring with the Harlem Gospel Choir as a keyboardist.
Forewarned has a fantastic array of new music, with everything from blood pumping rock songs and melodic journeys, to 4 part harmony ballads and more. By creating their own identity, rather than joining the multitude of other rock bands that sound exactly alike, Forewarned’s new double CD "The Resurrection of Rock and Roll" stands true to this theme.
